The LUC Conference is the annual gathering for CourseLeaf users. The conference includes over 70 sessions and workshops designed for software administrators and registrars who are interested in learning, networking, and sharing insights to guide the future development of CourseLeaf.

Save the date and plan to join us for LUC 2026, scheduled for February 17 - February 19 at Disney's Yacht Club Resort in Orlando, Florida. This is one of Disney's Deluxe Resort Hotels!

The Pre-Conference Workshop Day will be on February 17 and Conference Days will follow on February 18 and 19. Details and cost estimates are included in our Sample Justification Letter. Registration will open this fall.

If you are planning to arrive early or stay late to enjoy the Disney World Parks, you will have access to discounted room rates and park tickets as our guest. We will share more details in upcoming months.
